Your satisfaction is our business. You may return your order within
10 days of receipt at NO charge.  Before returning the item, please
email us at MDS@MDStevens.com and ask for an RMA or fax/write
us to our address. We will send you the RMA and instruction.

Please use a shipping method that would allow you to track your
return. We recommend UPS or Fedex since they use a tracking
method. You will be reimbursed for your shipping charge only if the
cause of the return is an error on our side.

A full credit will be issued to you within 25 days (excluding shipping
charges) provided that the product is unused and returned in its
original box and includes all original packing material, original
manuals and any accessories that came with the item. We reserve
the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% if any of these materials
are missing.
